İyimezun is an algorithmic recruitment company based on the premise that the success & adaptation potential of fresh graduates can be quantified to a certain extend, to assist large companies in their recruitment cycles.
It uses the principles of Computer Assisted Talent Selection System (CATS) to point out the top %1 of fresh graduates that are ready to start work.
