Tüketirken, üretirken, düşünürken, yaşarken popüler liberal ekonominin bize anlattığı ve çocukluktan itibaren öğrettiği gibi tam bir bireysellik içinde miyiz? Yuval Harrari bu yazının sonunda paylaşacağım konuşmasında liberalizmin de aslında bir tür “din” olduğunu öne sürüyor. Liberalizmin bir din olduğunu söylerken bunu Antik Yunan mitlerindeki gibi LİBEROS isimli gökleri gürleten bir tanrının varlığına bağlamıyor. Onun yaklaşımına göre, liberalizmin bir din olarak tanımlanabilmesi, toplumun büyük bir kesimi tarafından tartışmasız bir gerçek olduğuna inanılmasından geçiyor. İnsanın değerliliğini ve bireyin kendi içindeki istek ve arzuların üstünlüğünü her şeyin üzerine koyan bu yaklaşım adeta doğanın bir kanunu, tartışılamaz ve yadsınamaz bir kuralı olarak görüldüğü için onun gözünde bir din yakıştırması alıyor.
Her insanın yaşam hakkının kutsallığına, sadece insan olmasında kaynaklanan değerinin yüceliğine ben de katılıyorum. Bu bence tarihsel gelişimimizdeki en pozitif keşiflerden bir tanesi ve bizim bir canlı türü olarak olgunlaştığımızı gösteriyor. Ancak liberalizmin diğer tarafına, yani hayata ilişkin bilinecek tüm doğru ve gerçeklerin “içimizde” olduğuna ve en üst değerin “birey” olduğuna inanmıyorum. Ne yazık ki bu konu da içinde ikilikler barındıran ve karmaşık bir konu. Bizler ise doğruları ancak yaşadıkça görebiliyor ve analiz edebiliyoruz.
Bugün ne görüyoruz peki? Endüstri 4.0 ve Sonrası
Paylaşım ekonomisini görüyoruz. Kolektif iş yapma biçimlerini görüyoruz. Aynı anda herkesin sahip olduğu (ve kullandığı) ama hiç kimsenin sahipliğini tek başına ilan edemediği ürünler, hizmetler, deneyimler görüyoruz.
Kevin Kelly, The Inevitable isimli kitabında artık bilginin tekil ürünler olarak değil stream’ler yani akışlar halinde hareket ettiğini anlatıyor. Twitter bilgi akışı, Instagram fotoğrafları akışı, Facebook’ta “newsfeed” ile haberlerin ve paylaşımların akışı. Bu akış içinde birisi gördüğü haberi tvitliyor, başka birisi üzerine yorum yazarak paylaşıyor, üçüncü bir kişi bunu görerek bir yazı yazıyor, dördüncü bir kişi ise bu yazının altına yorum yazıyor. Bu yeni dünyanın akışlarına, eski dünyanın bireysel sahiplik çerçevesi ile baktığımızda ve “bu kime ait?” sorusunu sorduğumuzda cevapsız kalıyoruz. Çünkü soru yanlış.
Youtube’da izlenmiş ve daha sonra editlenmiş ve remikslenmiş, tekrar yüklenmiş bir video kime ait? Ayda 168 Milyon ziyaretçi (unique visitor) alan Reddit’te koca bir kolektif tarafından küratörlüğü yapılmış ana sayfadaki haberler kime ait? Bu soruların doğru bir cevabı yok. Çünkü bu sorular, artık değişmekte olan, ve ancak gördükçe ne olduğunu çözmeye başladığımız yepyeni bir kitlesel iletişim, etkileşim, paylaşım ve üretim şeklinin soruları değil.
Son zamanlarda Endüstri 4.0 kavramı çok moda. Biz bu kavramın ne olduğunu düşünmek istesek de istemesek de artık gittikçe kolektifleşen ve düşünsel etkileşimin kaçınılmaz olduğu bu yeni dünyada zihnimize giriyor. Aklımızı meşgul ediyor. Düşündürüyor. Şu ana kadar düşünmediyseniz de benim sayemde (ya da benim yüzümden) şimdi sizin de aklınızda.
Geleneksel olarak Endüstri 4.0 geçmiş endüstri devrimlerindeki adımlardan bir sonraki olarak tanımlanıyor ve içinde otomasyon sistemlerindeki gelişmeleri, nesnelerin interneti kavramını ve bulut bilişimin öğelerini barındırıyor. Ancak bence bu bakış yeterli değil. Çünkü aslında Endüstri 4.0, endüstriyel gelişimin aşamalarındaki herhangi bir adım olmaktan çok daha fazla öneme ve ağırlığa sahip. İnsanlık olarak tüm düşünce, iletişim kurma ve üretme şekillerimizin yeniden tanımlanması, insan-makine işbirliklerinin geçmişte hiç olmadığı seviyelere gelmesini anlatıyor.

(Sadece 30 yıl öncesinde birinin CRM Analyst veya Profesyonel Bilgisayar Oyuncusu olmak istediğini söylediğini düşünün, annesi babası ne tepki verirdi?)
5-Ancak en önemli değişim, ne ürettiğimiz değil, NASIL ürettiğimiz alanında yaşanacak çünkü bireysel işler bir ölçüde devam etse de, sayıları artan ve işleyişleri her gün gelişen bir araya getirici kolektif platformlar sayesinde (kickstarter, crew.co, goodreads vb. örnekler sınırsız) birbirini tanımayan insanlar bile birlikte, tek bir kişiye ait olmayan, paylaşılmak üzere üretilmiş (creative commons ürünü) işler yapacaklar.
Endüstri 4.0 trendi neyi değiştirecek derseniz, tek cümleyle, insanı değiştirecek.
